Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets the rules for using Atlas Creator OS (the “Service”), operated by Atlas Creator OS LLC. It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree to this AUP. These rules exist to keep the Service reliable for every subscriber and to keep our data integrations in good standing.

1. No Scraping or Abuse of the Service

You may not:

• scrape, crawl, spider, or bulk-extract content or data from the Service by automated means, except through interfaces we expressly provide for your plan;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measure;
• send abusive request volumes, denial-of-service traffic, or otherwise interfere with the Service’s operation or other users’ access;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, models, or scoring methodologies of the Service, except where such restriction is prohibited by law; or
• share account credentials or use another user’s account without authorization.

2. No Reselling or Redistribution of Data

Data, scores, and analytics provided by the Service are licensed for your own internal use under your subscription. You may not:

• resell, sublicense, or redistribute Service data or scores to third parties, whether standalone or as part of a competing product or dataset;
• publicly republish substantial portions of Service data (limited excerpts in your own content, with attribution, are permitted); or
• use the Service to build or train a competing product or data service.

3. No Circumventing Plan Limits

Plan entitlements and rate limits are enforced by our infrastructure. You may not evade or attempt to evade them, including by:

• creating multiple accounts or repeated trials to multiply free or plan-limited usage;
• pooling or sharing one subscription across multiple people or businesses without authorization;
• manipulating requests to bypass rate limits, quotas, or feature gates.

4. No Unlawful or Harmful Use

You may not use the Service to:

• violate any applicable law or regulation;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person;
• engage in deceptive commercial practices, including fake reviews, undisclosed paid endorsements, or manipulation of marketplace rankings; or
• transmit malware or content that is fraudulent, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful.

5. No Automation of Third-Party Platform Accounts

Atlas manages all third-party integrations through its own infrastructure. You may not use or attempt to use the Service to:

• automate, script, or operate your (or anyone’s) accounts on other platforms — for example Amazon, TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram — in violation of those platforms’ terms;
• inject your own API keys, credentials, or unauthorized connections into the Service’s integration layer; or
• use Service data to take actions on a third-party platform that its terms prohibit.

You remain solely responsible for complying with the terms of every third-party platform you use alongside the Service.

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, or believe your account has been used in violation of it, report it to support@atlascreatoros.com.

7. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we reasonably consider appropriate, including:

• issuing a warning and requesting corrective action;
• throttling, limiting, or disabling specific features or integrations;
• suspending or terminating your account, with or without notice for serious violations;
• withholding refunds as permitted by our Subscription Terms and applicable law; and
• reporting unlawful activity to law enforcement where appropriate.

Where practical, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to remedy a violation before suspending your account, but we may act immediately when needed to protect the Service, other users, or our third-party integrations.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be announced with reasonable notice; continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
