When will I be charged?
Your card is charged when your 3-day trial ends, unless you cancel first. The exact trial-end date is shown at checkout, in your confirmation email, and on your billing page.
Can I cancel during the trial?
Yes — cancel any time before the trial ends from your billing page and you will not be charged. You can also cancel a paid subscription at any time; access continues through the period you have paid for.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing portal. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes — switch billing intervals from the billing portal. Annual billing saves 10% compared with paying monthly for 12 months.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe.
What happens if my payment fails?
We retry the charge and email you. If payment continues to fail, your subscription is paused until the payment method is updated — your data is retained.
