Atlas Creator OS

Cookie Policy

Effective date: July 15, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Atlas Creator OS LLC (“Atlas,” “we,” “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on atlascreatoros.com and within Atlas Creator OS (the “Service”). It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. They can be “first-party” (set by us) or “third-party” (set by another domain, such as our payment processor). Cookies can be “session” cookies (deleted when you close your browser or after a set period) or “persistent” cookies (retained longer).

2. Cookies We Use

Strictly necessary

  • atlas_session — our authentication session cookie. It keeps you signed in to your account. It is set with the httpOnly flag, meaning it cannot be read by JavaScript, which protects it from common script-based attacks. The Service cannot function without it, so it is a strictly necessary cookie.

Analytics (optional and privacy-focused)

  • We may use privacy-focused analytics to understand aggregate site usage. Our analytics are designed to operate without collecting personal data and without cross-site tracking profiles. Depending on the provider configuration, analytics may operate entirely cookie-free; if any analytics cookie is used, it is first-party and not used for advertising. [OWNER TO FINALIZE analytics provider and confirm its exact cookie behavior before publication.]

Payment (Stripe)

  • When you start a trial, subscribe, or manage billing, you interact with pages operated by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe sets cookies on its own domains for checkout functionality and fraud prevention. Those cookies are governed by Stripe’s own privacy and cookie policies, not this one. We never receive or store your card number.

3. What We Do Not Use

  • No advertising or retargeting cookies.
  • No social-media tracking pixels.
  • No sale or sharing of cookie data with data brokers.

4. How to Control Cookies

  • Browser settings: most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings (typically under Privacy or Security). Consult your browser’s help documentation for instructions.
  • Effect of blocking: if you block or delete the atlas_session cookie, you will be signed out and unable to use the authenticated parts of the Service. Blocking Stripe’s cookies may prevent checkout from completing.
  • Analytics: because our analytics are privacy-focused and do not build personal profiles, there is no advertising opt-out to manage; blocking scripts via your browser or an extension will disable them entirely.

5. Changes to This Policy

If we add or change cookies in a way that matters to you (for example, introducing a new category of cookies), we will update this policy and revise the effective date above.
