Subscription Terms

Effective date: July 15, 2026

These Subscription Terms govern paid plans, trials, and billing for Atlas Creator OS, operated by Atlas Creator OS LLC (“Atlas,” “we,” “us”). They are part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service. By starting a trial or subscribing, you agree to these Subscription Terms.

1. Plans and Pricing

Atlas Creator OS is offered in three subscription plans:

  • Atlas Launch — $29.99/month, or $323.89/year with annual billing.
  • Atlas Growth — $59.99/month, or $647.89/year with annual billing.
  • Atlas Max — $99.99/month, or $1,079.89/year with annual billing.

Annual billing reflects a 10% discount off the equivalent monthly price, charged as a single payment for the full year. Prices exclude any applicable taxes, which are added where required. We may change pricing prospectively; price changes take effect at your next renewal after reasonable advance notice and never mid-period.

2. 3-Day Trial and Automatic Conversion

Start your 3-day trial. A payment method is required. Unless canceled before the trial ends, your selected subscription will begin automatically.

  • Every paid plan begins with a 3-day trial. You must provide a valid payment method to start the trial; you are not charged during the trial.
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and your payment method is charged for the plan and billing interval you selected.
  • If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged and access ends when the trial ends.
  • Trials are limited to one per customer. We may deny or revoke trials that we reasonably believe are being abused (for example, repeated trials via duplicate accounts).

3. Billing and Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically: monthly plans renew each month and annual plans renew each year, on your billing date, until canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor; Atlas never stores your card number. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the then-current price for your plan until you cancel.

4. Cancellation

  • You may cancel at any time through the Stripe billing portal, accessible from your account settings.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. You retain full access to your plan until then; you are not charged again after cancellation.
  • To avoid a charge, cancel before your trial ends or before your renewal date.

5. Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, including unused time after cancellation, downgrades, or periods when you did not use the Service. The 3-day trial exists so you can evaluate the Service before any charge. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@atlascreatoros.com and we will review in good faith. Nothing in these Subscription Terms limits any refund or cancellation right that applicable law grants you and does not permit you to waive.

6. Plan Changes

  • Upgrades take effect immediately. You gain the higher plan’s entitlements right away, and billing is adjusted (prorated) through Stripe.
  • Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep your current plan’s entitlements until then, and the lower price applies from the next period.
  • Switching between monthly and annual billing is treated the same way: moves to a higher commitment apply immediately; moves to a lower one apply at period end.

7. Failed Payments and Suspension

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries the charge. While payment is outstanding, your subscription becomes past-due and may be paused, restricting access to paid features until you update your payment method in the billing portal. If payment is not resolved after the retry period, we may cancel the subscription. Suspension for non-payment does not extend your billing period.

8. Data After Cancellation

After your subscription ends, your account and imported data are retained for 90 days so you can reactivate without losing your work. After that period, we may delete or anonymize your data, except records we must keep for legal or accounting purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details and how to request earlier deletion.

9. Plan Entitlements and Rate Limits

Each plan includes defined entitlements (such as feature access and usage limits) enforced by our systems. Third-party integrations are managed entirely through Atlas’s own infrastructure — you never supply your own third-party API keys — and integration usage is subject to your plan’s entitlements and rate limits. Attempting to circumvent entitlements or rate limits violates our Acceptable Use Policy.

10. Feature Changes and Beta Features

We continually improve the Service and may add, modify, or remove features. Features labeled “coming soon” or “beta” (for example, TikTok Shop, YouTube, and Instagram integrations) are not part of any plan’s committed entitlements: they may change, be delayed, or never launch, and are provided as-is while in beta. We will not materially reduce the core functionality of your plan mid-period without notice.

11. Third-Party Data and No Guarantee of Results

The Service relies on third-party platforms and data sources that we do not control. Third-party data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and integrations may be interrupted by changes on the third-party side. Amazon and other platform names are trademarks of their respective owners; Atlas Creator OS is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Amazon. Atlas does not guarantee any revenue, rankings, sales, commissions, campaign acceptance, or creator success — all scores and recommendations are informational decision-support only.
